We've been to The Vine three times now and never been disappointed. The food is Greek cooking at its best. The first time I had the whitebait and my wife had home made taramasalata which was divine, likewise the sea bream which was grilled perfectly and the sheftalia was excellent too. The maitre d' is Harry who is very friendly and welcoming if a little unorthodox. The last time we visited he sat with us when our meal finished and treated us to fresh figs and shots of Ouzo. This restaurant has only one fault and that is the widescreen tv which is on with the sound turned off - it does nothing for the ambience. Overall though it is well worth visiting this small, family run restaurant.

Tony and Jill have been to this restaurant many times and never once been disappointed. Food, service and ambiance is outstanding. Always freshly cooked and never ever rushed. The sea bass is to die for and the chips..... well they are the best. The meat is full of flavour as is the fish, salads etc etc. All in all this restaurant is a 'must'.
Be a fool not to try this out. You will not be disappointed.
