About Sandown Park Racecourse
Sandown Park in Surrey is a racecourse and leisure venue. Dating back to 1875, the course host horse racing events at the weekends as well as toy fairs, car shows, property and other shows on non-race days. The facilities also include those suitable for hosting wedding receptions, a go-cart track, an 18 hole golf course, a bar, a gym, a dry ski slope, a snowboard/ ski club and overnight accommodation at the Sandown Park Lodge. The facilities include three Exhibition floors, six suites with seating capacities from 60 to 450 people for conferences, presentations, dinners or weddings and over 30 individual meeting rooms for training, seminars or boardroom meetings. For some events at Sandown Park there is a dress code, in many cases they have a 'smart casual', no trainers/non-tailored shorts/vests/football or rugby shirts policy.
