Tai Chi Sword Classes

Tai Chi Sword for all ages and levels.
Classes run in courses, but it is often possible to join in the middle of a course, and every class can be tried out (£5) before committing to it.

The Yang style 16-Step Form is for any level, and will be taught from the beginning.
The course will cover the entire form which is ideal for beginners. We will focus on the use of the sword, the various 'applications', the way in which one movement connects to the next movement, and the method of using the sword 'from the centre'.

James Drewe has been practising tai chi for over 38 years, and has been teaching for 21 years. He is the author of 3 books on tai chi, is a member of the BCCMA, the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain, and the Longfei Taijiquan Association.
