London Sculpture Workshop in partnership with Southwark Arts Forum is proud to present their unique one day session on plinth making.

This one day session will teach you how to construct and make your own plinth out of wood. By the end of the day, each attendee will be able to take their plinth home, filled and painted with a base coat of white paint.

This session would be particularly useful for students approaching the end of their arts course.

Plinths to be no larger than 120cm x 30cm x 30cm or equivalent.
It is essential to wear old clothes and strong footwear.

The lunch break will take place between 1-2pm (food will not be provided).

Early bookings are advised as there are only 10 places available for the day.

This will be the sixth course in London Sculpture Workshop’s core skills and the seventh Professional Development Parlour for Southwark Arts Forum.

Tutors: Melis van den Berg MFA (Slade) and Steve Hodgson (Lecturer)
