super/collider presents an evening of casual astronomy at Queen of Hoxton's Rooftop Summer Club. Join the intimate group for a look at one of the most impressive sights in the entire sky: the planet Saturn. The giant, ringed planet will be at ‘opposition’ – making it the best time all year to see it. The class will also take a look at Jupiter and its moons, Mars, the nearly-full moon and its craters, Saturn and, if you're lucky, the asteroid Vesta and other harder-to-spot objects. This is a casual class, the group will be observing through telescopes over a drink or two, and is free to sign up!
