Westfield is calling on all shoppers to ‘Make a Date’ with someone special and spend some quality time with family and friends at Westfield Stratford City. Whether you’re out for a spot of shopping, off to catch the latest blockbuster, battling it out on the bowling alley or enjoying a delicious meal, Europe’s largest retail and leisure destination has everything to make the perfect date for you.

To celebrate the launch of Westfield’s Make a Date campaign, running 6 May – 6 July, shoppers will be treated to eight weeks of culinary demonstrations, gastronomic giveaways, retailer exclusive events, live screenings, competitions and offers from across Westfield’s dining, entertainment and leisure retailers. Girly dates can enjoy cocktails and pampering, couples can get cosy over a romantic meal and a movie and guys can have a lad’s night out with drinks and a game of bowling.

Chocolate Takeover
Great Eastern Kitchen, 15 – 17 May
Green & Black’s Organic will be turning the Great Eastern Kitchen into a chocolate heaven with sampling, talks and cooking demonstrations.

Make a Date With…
Restaurants from the Great Eastern Kitchen will be hosting cooking masterclasses, including:

L’Orchidee 19 May, 3pm
To celebrate World Baking Day, L’Orchidee’s top chef will be demonstrating how to make the most decadent of cakes from start to finish.

Ping Pong 22 May,
Learn the art of hand rolling dim sum with Ping Pong’s expert chefs. For those who want to recreate fabulous cocktails at home, pop down and learn from master Barman Daniele who will be teaching the art of making a cocktail to impress.

Nandos 23 May – 12-3pm
Come and join Nando’s as they launch their new menu with a FREE sneak preview and taste of their new PERi PERi chicken dish! Little Nando’s fans can also enjoy FREE bottomless frozen yoghurt and Barci, their mascot, will be on hand to keep them entertained!

National BBQ Week
