You cant run away from Depression 5km charity run

Havering Mind is a local mental health charity in Havering.
Help us raise money by attending this event and learn about the different mental health issues and ways to improve yours.

We also want to use this event to promote how physical activity can have a positive effect on a persons overall well-being.
On the day there will be a number of stands present promoting exercise and nutrition. There will also be refreshments available, and weather permitting a BBQ!

So come along and run or walk!
