Wembley Park is making sure that local residents have an ace time this Wimbledon fortnight, with the addition of a huge 30 metre big screen outside London Designer Outlet, which is set to show all the action of the world famous tennis tournament, as it unfolds.
As well as watching all the gripping drama on the grass courts from the comfort of traditional British deck chairs, visitors will be able to enjoy a delicious array of food and drink, including the Wimbledon summer staple of strawberries and cream, and a range of tennis-inspired cocktails.

Popular Dim Sum restaurant Ping Pong – based at London Designer Outlet - will be lending its state-of-the-art mobile bar to proceedings and will be on hand to quench the crowd’s thirst with a range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic tennis-inspired beverages. From Lychee Roses Martinis to Strawberry Coolers, the spirit of SW19 will be captured by lip-smacking soft drinks and cocktails. A tasty dessert of fresh strawberries with a hibiscus sugar dip will also be on offer, tantalising the taste buds of spectators.

Gary Bell, Commercial Manager at Wembley Park, said: “We’re thrilled to be bringing a big screen to Wembley Park this year, giving local residents a free way to enjoy all the thrills and spills of Wimbledon.
“With a range of hot and cold food, a wide array of drinks and treats on offer, and the recently opened London Designer Outlet Play Park nearby, there’s something for all the family to enjoy during this exciting fortnight of British sport.”

However, if the tension of the tennis is proving too much for nervous viewers, visitors can always take refuge in London Designer Outlet and indulge in a spot of retail therapy. With a wide range big name retailers, including Nike Factory Store, Adidas, New Balance and Bjorn Borg offering discounts of up to 70% off high street prices, there are bargains to bag, whatever the score is.
