Empty Property Expo

The Empty Property Expo has been launched by AEP Media - in collaboration with the East London Borough Councils - to outline the opportunities available for bricks and mortar and introduce owners to the service providers so they can work together to realise the potential of the sub-region's Empty Properties.

The 10,000+ owners throughout East London alone are looking for a wide variety of services, such as building suppliers, utility companies, insurance, architects, surveyors, estate agents, auction houses, builders, landlord organisations, financial advice, coaching and more.

And once their Property is no longer empty? Well, the list goes on, covering anything and everything from furniture to management services. So when they succeed, so do you.
