Dance! Dance! Party! Party!

DDPP is a women-only freestyle dance session happening all round the world. Women of all ages get together to dance to an hour long playlist. The lights are turned off, so you can dance however you want and noone will see you. It's like doing a workout, without even knowing you're exercising. The rules are simple: no boys, no booze, no judgement. Just dance how you want, wear what you want and enjoy yourself. It's the perfect night out, with the guarantee of no hangover!

If you come along to DDPP New Cross, you will not only have a guaranteed great time and get some fun exercise by dancing to the music you love, but you will also be donating to 3 great women's cancer charities: Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust, Ovarian Cancer Action and Breast Cancer Care. In October 2015 one of the organisers - Laura, along with her friend Lessia and a group of women from across the country, will take part in the Action for Charity Cycle across Africa. They will be riding 350km across Tanzania from Mount Kilimanjaro to Ngorongoro Crater all to raise money for these 3 excellent charities. The ride is set to raise thousands of pounds and will be an awesome challenge. So there you go! You will not only be able to throw some shapes, but know that the £5 you paid to do so will be going to a good cause.
