KCC presents the first London solo show of work by Korean artist Lee Bul. The exhibition showcases the visually compelling and intellectually sharp works which have established Lee Bul as one of the most important artists of her generation. Lee Bul has created a large-scale floor installation featuring panels set at irregular angles. The work is a new version of Diluvium specifically designed for the exhibition space of KCC. Born in 1964, under the military dictatorship of South Korea, Lee Bul graduated in sculpture from Hongik University during the late 1980s and has since exhibited at MoMA, Cartier Foundation, Mori Art Museum, Artsonje Center in Seoul, Mudam Luxembourg and represented Korea in the Venice Biennale.
