October Half Term at Discover

Join us every day over October Half Term for our new exhibition, favourite Oliver Jeffers stories, test your skills at our Great Goth Girl Bake Off and don't miss our author and illustrator guests.

Walk into the Wonderful World of Oliver Jeffers with our new exhibition (under 6s), join our Story Builders for your favourite Oliver Jeffers stories (age 3+), make a rocket, boat or plane in our special craft workshop (age 6+) and be sure to dress up for two days of Halloween fun (age 3+).

You can also test your skills in our Great Goth Girl Bake Off (age 6+) and don't miss guest visits from Kristina Stephenson ('Sir Charlie Stinky Socks: The Pirate's Curse', age 4+) and Tommy Donbavand ('Fangs Vampire Spy', age 6+).
