Coffin Dodgers Disco & Friday I'm In Love - Rave From The Grave: A Halloween Special

Halloween. Kids knocking at your door, asking for sweets and then still throwing eggs at you! Bah. Well what if there was a Halloween night for us oldies? One where the kids were banned? Where we can dress up as ghoulies, paint our faces and dance like arthritic Michael Jacksons? Pilgrim, lay your weary pack down, for this Halloween Coffin Dodgers Disco is teaming up with Friday I'm In Love to bring you the mother of wrinkly raves from the grave.

In case you didn’t know, Coffin Dodgers disco is the premier party for the older clubber, you might say it’s a very (arthritic) hip-joint… Whilst Friday I’m In Love is the supersonic singalong night. A marriage made in heaven? You betcha as a certain sealing clubbing Alaska politician would say.

So those old reprobates Don and Reg will be lay down the spooky tracks for all the old guys and ghouls and Friday I'm In Love will have them all singing along for two sessions with a full band to scary hits. It’ll be like a like a choir of angels (hell's) and getting you screaming to blood curdling pop, just like we used to do in the war (but with electric guitars and more Bonnie Tyler).

As ever you must be 28 or above to get in. Everyone has to bring photo ID even if you are 100 and have bought a ticket. No ID no entry. We don't want any princes of darkness sneaking in to our Halloween party. Vera the door fascist will be checking and beating any young people with her walking stick.

There will also be some apple bobbing (make sure you bring your false teeth) and a number of games that will make your joints throb like Dracula in a cellar of virgins. Feel free to come in spooky fancy dress (you don’t have to) and wear a cardie and your thermals as it will be cold! No garlic please even if you are scared of vampires.
