Stress Management Workshop

This workshop gives an introduction on ways to manage stress in order to successfully navigate its symptoms. Through theoretical frameworks and experiential approaches the session provides insights on how to turn stress into useful information to aid decision-making, creativity, self awareness and improved communication.

about the consultant:

Deborah is the founder of Business Health, which she created from over fifteen years of corporate branding, cultural development and consumer insight experience alongside studying behavioural patterns, the psychology of stress in the working environment, yoga therapy, Gestalt facilitation, systemic consultancy and leadership skills in communication.

She delivers programs and training for organisations to help them identify issues which cause stress, examine where there is a need for cultural change, facilitate changes in leadership awareness and run corporate retreats to bring about beneficial and sustainable growth.
