3 hour Ladies Salsa Styling/Spinning Intensive Workshop

The course will focus on styling (hands, feet, body, posture, and attitude) , footwork, musicality, spinning techniques and building confidence.

PROFILE ALISON ROBERTS

Alison has been dancing almost all her life. She started with Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary at an early age (training in New York) and has expanded her knowledge in the UK to other dances such as Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha, NY Style On2, LA Style On1, Pachanga, etc.

With experience of different dance styles and a warm personality, she believes in encouraging others to develop expression and creativity in all aspects of their salsa dancing. A dynamic dancer with loads of energy and style, Alison can lead and follow in many styles of dance, which makes her an inspiring teacher for students at all levels.

Alison is a very inspiring teacher. She loves sharing her skills and passion with her students. She is one of our regular Salsa instructors and teaches Ladies Styling and many other workshops as well at Hammersmith Salsa Club on Wednesdays.

Hammersmith Club Is Situated In Rutland Grove W6. If Approaching From Hammersmith Round- About, Head South Towards Hammersmith Bridge, Rutland Grove Is First On The To The Right Before Crossing The Bridge. If Coming From The South, Rutland Grove Is The First On The Left As You Cross Hammersmith Bridge.

Hammersmith Club Only 3 Minutes Walk From Both:Hammersmith Bus & Tube Station And The Hammersmith And City Line Tube.

Coming From The West By Car Just Turn Off The A4 The Great West Road
At Hammersmith And Head For Hammersmith Bridge. Last turning on the right before you cross the river going south. Parking after 6.30pm in the surrounding streets.

PARKING: On Saturdays, there is FREE parking on a few roads on the south side of the bridge (about 3 min walk): Riverview Gardens and Clavering Avenue, and surrounding roads in that area. Please note on Saturdays, you can also park on metered bays on Rutland Grove (average charge for 3 hours is £12). There is cheaper parking in Hammersmith Town Centre in dedicated car parks.
