Chrisp Street in Poplar, East London is once again gearing up to welcome lovers of authentic global street food at a new pop-up food market, taking place on Friday 31 October from 11am-3pm.

Attended by some of London’s best street food vendors ‘Bite’ street food collective brings eats and beats to Chrisp Street on the last Friday of each month and is the perfect destination for Friday lunch-goers on the search for great value delicious cuisine.

From grilled cheese sandwiches to Louisiana style gumbo and cornbread, October’s Bite market will welcome a range of original independent street food stalls, live music and a pop-up bar. What’s more, for the perfect lunchtime treat at the end of a busy week, giant games and table tennis will ensure you unwind just in time for the weekend.

Visitors can sample foodie feasts such as delicious gourmet hotdogs, mouth-watering Ghanian fare, moreish Chinese street food and Malaysian pancakes from as little as £1.50 for a small dish or £5 for a main dish. What’s more vegan street food, Latin American infused burgers, Empanadas, cakes and sweet treats, and sweet and savoury DOSAS will ensure every taste bud is tantalised.
