An inspirational wildlife photographer, well known the world over, Andy is recognised for his ability to capture moments from the lives of animals and birds in the wild from a different view point and often from his trade-mark stance, that of being "up close and personal" to some of the most fascinating and often potentially dangerous animals. Over recent years, Andy's photographic style has been developing to be all encompassing of the animals and their environment in order to augment his passion for telling a story and to highlight the beauty of the natural world.

Andy's images have been acknowledged as being some of the best in the world for many years. He has won 9 awards in the past 7 years in the prestigious BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year Competition including the Gerald Durrell Award for Endangered Species.

Andy is Tiger Ambassador for 21st Century Tiger, a unique initiative that funds conservation efforts in critical areas in Asia through a range of internationally recognised NGO’s. Current members of the initiative are Zoological Society of London and Dreamworld Wildlife Foundation. Established in 1997, it is one of the top seven tiger funding agencies globally and has contributed over £2 million to over 130 individual proposals for 73 tiger projects in seven countries worldwide.

Cash bar available. There are no cash machines or card readers on site so we recommend that you bring cash on the night! Andy will be selling some of his beautiful books (a percentage of his sales are also donated to our work!), and hanging around after the event to talk tigers and photos.
