606 Gospel Special - Brian Martin

Our 606 Club Gospel Special this month features the highly regarded Gospel singer Brian Martin and his exciting Gospel Group. Born in the Caribbean island of Trinidad, Brian arrived in the UK when he was just nineteen and his first recording, “Lifter Of My Head”, released in 2003, featured all original material written and arranged by Brian. It received a Gospel Entertainment Music Award and through that success Brian was invited to the House of Commons to pay tribute to Nelson Mandela. Since then he has gone on to establish himself as a leading performer on the UK Gospel scene and his current record “D.I.P (Deliverance in Praise)” features Brian and his “Worship 4 Life” ensemble that includes no less than six vocalists(!) all of whom will be joining Brian at this special 606 Club Gospel Lunchtime concert today. Expect an exhilarating afternoon of inspiring anthems to praise, each song lavished with rich harmony and powerful lyrical content. And don’t forget this is our family day so children are more than welcome.
