Drop-in Meditation classes in and around London

Meditation classes at over 20 venues in and around London.

The meditation classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.
Simply drop into any class of your choice and register when you arrive. Classes are self contained and everyone is welcome to attend, regardless of experience.

There is no physical exercise involved and no special clothing needed. Most classes run for an hour and a half. We meditate sitting on chairs to ensure that everyone is comfortable.
