The Tasting Room Pop-up @ Broadgate

From 17 November 2014 to 26 February 2015, Broadgate’s Exchange Square in the heart of the City will be transformed in to London’s longest running outdoor ice rink and will this year feature “The Tasting Room”, a brand new luxury pop-up bar and smokehouse.

The Tasting Room is brought to you by seasonal specialists Sourced Market, Peppermint Bars and Smokestak.

Food will include authentic smoked street food cooked in a Texas BBQ smoker on site, including pulled pork buns, ribs and beef brisket as well as smoked canapés and Crosstown doughnuts for dessert.

Drinks will be taken care of by pop-up experts Peppermint Bars, serving craft beers from London’s finest breweries, winter cocktails, bourbons and signature wines.
