What will I be doing in this class?

Obviously we all have to make the effort and eat a chocolate orange, but once that’s been stuffed down it’s time to think about bean to bar, and the world of the artisan chocolate maker. So join Cocoa Runners and Cura TV at BoxPark Tuesday 2nd December to discover what chocolate is really all about.

Do I need any kit?
A sweet tooth. This is an evening of tasting the divine. The flavours of the season that have been stirred, tempered and talked to. From Ballotin to Bahia beans if you love the Devil’s food the Cocoa Runners is a workshop to make you lick your lips and cry ‘Heaven’.
