Caribbean Family Fun day.(CFFD 2015) in association with M.I.N.D & SHANE PROJECT

The Caribbean Family Fun Day is Back for 2015 in a New Location.
On May Day Bank Holiday Monday, 4th May 2015
From 11am – Midnight

The details and information, for the Fun Day is as follows.

The Event
The day will encompass various activities for the whole family;
• 20×20 Cricket Tournament
• Organised children’s events
• Steel Pan
• Masqueraders in carnival costume
• Children’s Bouncy castles (fee required)
• Free Adult bouncy castle
• Face painting
• Dominoes in main hall
• Garden Games
• Tutorials: 10-15mins presentations on carnival & steel pan
• Various Stalls showcasing and selling, arts & crafts, business/services, cuisine and cultural products
• After Party hosted by Martin Jay in The Community Hall

The highlight of the day will be the 20×20 cricket tournament.
The breakdown of the tournament is as follows: 4 teams will play 2 semi finals matches, winner of each plays in the final for the CPL Cup presented by a specially invited guest (to be confirmed).
The four teams comprise of:
Barbados XI (captained by Cedric Lynch Barbados Tourist Authority)
Monteserrat XI (captained by Joe Jemotte)
Big Pappy’s Liming Brigade Celebrity XI (captained by Martin Jay)
1 team to be confirmed..!!

After the presentation of the CPL Trophy is awarded to the winning team,
a after party will be hosted by Martin Jay until 12 midnight inside the club house.

NB: You are allowed to bring your own food and beverages,
however No Glass Bottles are allowed
Food & Beverages will be sold via various stalls & The main hall
