In honour of the end of the shooting season at the of January, on 3rd February the acclaimed Notting Hill restaurant The Shed will host an evening of glorious game. Brought to London by talented brother team, Richard and Oliver Gladwin, the event will be a truly unforgettable gastronomic delight.

The Shed’s special shooting inspired menu will feature all things game, with dishes such as venison tartar, partridge with red cabbage, The Shed’s very own home cured bacon, almonds and wood sorrel, venison cigars and the wonderful woodcock with sourdough, chanterelles and oak moss. If guests are still ‘game’ they can then choose from two signature Shed desserts on offer including, white chocolate with pear mousse and hazelnut sherbet. The perfect way to polish off the meal.

Founded by the Gladwin brothers over two years ago, The Shed is an extension of their rural lifestyle back in Nutbourne, West Sussex, offering a rustic and relaxed setting loved by both city slickers and country bumpkins alike. Brothers Richard, Oliver and Gregory Gladwin have teamed up to bring wild British ingredients from the countryside to the plates of London diners. Richard manages The Shed and newly-opened restaurant Rabbit, Oliver takes the lead in both the kitchens whilst farmer Gregory supplies the restaurants with reared livestock from the family farm in Nutbourne, as well as sourcing seasonal produce from local suppliers, making it a real family affair.
