Valentine’s Day Special Steak Dinner cooking course

The Good Housekeeping Institute provides the perfect Valentine’s Day couple experience, a cooking class where you will learn how to make a special steak dinner for your loved one.

During the cooking course, the Good Housekeeping chefs will teach you all about the different cuts that fit into the word “Steak” - Feather, Point, Skirt/Bavette, Minute, T Bone/ Porterhouse, Rib-Eye, Sirloin, Fillet and Rump. They will also demonstrate how to create a delicious three course meal consisting of a Queen of Tarts savoury starter, a succulent Steak and Roast Tomato main, followed by a mouth-watering Raspberry Chocolate Fondant.

Once the class is finished, you can enjoy your very own three course meal in the new stand-alone Cookery School, with the recipes available to take home.

All students work in pairs creating the perfect sharing experience. If you would rather impress your sweetheart with your culinary skills, there is the option of being paired up with someone else in the group.

During the class refreshments will be provided along with an apron and cooking equipment for use on the day. Classes are suitable for intermediate to advanced levels of cooking.
