This will be a very special night of reggae roots and culture, following a separate cinema screening (downstairs) at 6:30pm of Christoph Janetzko s feature documentary ‘Poetry and Reggae in Sao Luis’, exploring the unique reggae and poetry scenes that intersect in the town of Sao Luis do Maranhao in Brazil. Then, Upstairs, with the film director in-tow, we will have a night of roots reggae, original vinyl style, featuring guest selector, Stereochemist, alongside the night’s regular host, DJ David Katz, with special guest MC, Brother Culture, live and direct on the mic.
