Easter Chocolate Class

Dip into decadence by learning the techniques of chocolate-making and confections with a special Easter programme including Honey Vanilla Caramels, Milk Chocolate Vanilla moulded chocolates, Easter bunny figures and mini-eggs! To add to the joy and art of working with this splendid medium, you will get to festively decorate and finish your chocolates.

Using a very detailed, step-by-step approach, our Pastry Chef & Chocolatier Annamarie Jones will teach you to understand and to temper chocolate. You will then learn how to make and pipe both a ganache and a caramel, and how to fill, seal and enrobe with tempered chocolate.

Coffee, tea and a home baked treat will be served upon arrival. You will take home all the chocolates that you make, so you can gift them to loved ones or better yet, to yourself!
