Future Funk Airlines Present: Rayko

Rayko is joining us at our favourite South London haunt, to ring in the spring season. Our resident cabin crew will also be providing their usual voyage of musical discovery through the finest cuts of underground Disco, groovy House beats and effortlessly stylish Soul Stompers.

Born in the Canary Islands, Rayko is a producer and DJ deeply influenced by the artists and sounds of the 70's and 80's (mainly Disco, Electrofunk and Rock.) These influences led him to launch the label Rare Wiri in the summer of 2008, gaining immediate critical acclaim with it’s first release making Record of the Week at Manchester’s highly regarded Piccadilly Records.

Rayko is internationally recognised for his DJ Sets, releases and edits which have been played and supported by DJ's and dance floors all around the globe.
His love for Boogie and Disco is legendary and his legion of soundcloud followers are testimony to how popular his work is.
