'SUMMER PUDDING’
For our special concert this summer, the Concordia Chamber Choir has whipped up an eclectic programme to suit every taste. The cream on top is the wonderful Fauré Requiem, one of the best-loved pieces in the entire classical repertoire. The rest is essentially English, featuring music by Purcell, folk-songs by Vaughan Williams and Cecilia McDowall, even a jolly sea-shanty.
So do come and join us for a perfect summer evening of delicious music. And since Concordia is now recognised as one of London’s most prestigious amateur choirs, we’re sure there won’t be any raspberries.
