Dr J Milo Taylor is an internationally renowned sound artist, musician, producer and researcher. Friday May 1 he will be swainswn (Welsh for ‘noise sound’) and playing out afro-electro, art electronics and diy synthesizer breaks (courtesy of Teenage Engineering!). THIS is a journey into sound. Swainswn has PLAYED venues as diverse as Tate Britain, Cafe Oto and Bestival and on four continents – but this is his first time in a space as intimate as inSpiral so be prepared to be blown away.

Since her regular internet show LEAH WITH SOUND first aired in May 2012 (www.timeline-music.net) London-based Leah Floyeurs has established herself as one of the most authentic and hardest-working underground idm and experimental techno DJs out there today. As well as the 50-odd Timeline shows to her name, she has a regular monthly SLOT at Fnoob Techno Radio, where her TIME FOR PLUTO explores the darker melodic reaches of techno, and plays out regularly at festivals and clubs in London, Manchester and Glasgow (50arc/Breakfast Club/Square Root/Lokee/Slabs of the Tabernacle/Arthouse/Sauce/Field Manouvers/Freerotation)
