Part Screening. Part Social. One-off Queer Short Film screening in a pop-up boozer in Manor House's Warehouse District. Enjoy an international mix of upcoming and well established film makers and a well-stocked bar!

The film screening will include the UK premier of a French transgender film by award winning writer and director Coralie Prosper and two nostalgic music videos from Prickimage featuring Jonny Woo, acclaimed British comedian and drag queen.

‘Mathi(eu)’ tells the story of Mathilde who always knew she was a boy. Accepted as such by his parents, they renamed him "Mathieu". The short film is a heartfelt exploration of youthful transgender identity, expertly crafted by Carolie Propser. Carolie graduated from the National Film School of Nice (ESRA) in 2011, she directed two short films: ‘Goodbye and see you soon’ and ‘Mathi(eu)’. Her last short film won 4 awards including Best screenwriting, Best student short film, best leading role and was screened all around the world. inHOUSE Festival will be the UK premier of ‘Mathi(eu)’.

Performance artist Jonny Woo is something of a legend on the London alternative scene and has frequently worked with leading visual artist PRICKIMAGE on live shows and viral videos. Presenting two of their video collaborations 'Gorilla Strip And Slip', which has had over 50,000 views on YouTube alone, and ‘Faggot’ which was Woo’s first single launched on iTunes in 2010. PRICKIMAGE has worked with a host of legends including Chemical Brothers and Vivien Westwood.
