The Funny Side of Soho is hosted at Freedom Bar a stylish and sophisticated Bar and Club, located on Wardour Street, in the heart of London’s Soho. The very best in comedy Monthly on Sundays and Thursdays. Great acts and a great atmosphere.

This Thursday's show features: Laura Lexx, Laurence Owen, Scott Capurro, Dave Fulton.

Whoever it was who decided that Americans don't have any sense of irony, they forgot to tell Dave Fulton. This wry Seattle wag is brimming over with ironic invective. He even fronted an amusing and perceptive report, for Newsnight, begging Brits to celebrate their own heritage, rather than aping American culture. Dave has a deceptively laid back manner that disguises a raw aggression. His shows cover a melting pot of issues that sometimes even he doesn't want to explore.

With Compere: Gareth Kane.
