During the one hour Masterclass, our mixologist's will talk you through the history of the drink, it's ingredients, infusion techniques and flavour matching to your tastes.

You'll learn how to create a classic Old Fashion along with the Canvas Bar Smokey Old Fashioned.. A modern infusion and presentation of this classic cocktail. Along with your lesson, there'll be salty sides of popcorn to cleanse the palate.
