Aerial Silks and Hoop Classes in Tottenham

Silks & Hoop Class for beginners and also a class for intermediate level. In a fun, friendly atmosphere you can master basic moves, poses & sequences. This class will give you the best possible initiation into aerial work: an empowering, life affirming physical discipline.

This class is split between a beginners group and an intermediate group in 2 disciplines, Silks and Hoop. The beginners will learn the basic moves, working towards a 1or 2 minute routine. Intermediate students will learn increasingly complex climbs / descent and poses working towards a 3 minute routine. Both ability groups of students warm up and cool down together.
