Ben Oakley Gallery is proud to present Gonny Van Hulst. An urban glass and mixed media artist. Van Hulst is taking traditional glass-making to new artistic levels. Her fascination for street art and its context within the urban environment reflects her wry style and subject matter dealing with social issues and urban symbolism.
‘Fragile City’ concentrates on the Urban Kings, Foxes, Rats and Pigeons who have survived and adapted themselves to urban life and focuses on the fragility of the city from its super structure to its inhabitants. Each artwork is presented within a vintage sash window, literally bringing the street into the gallery
