Jazz at Karamel: Dick Pearce and Dave Mitchell

Author, educator, and wonderfully lyrical trumpeter Dick Pearce is perhaps best known for his work in the Ronnie Scott Quintet from 1980 to1994. For some inexplicable reason he is still not as celebrated as he should be.

Dick is joined by regular associate, the underrated Dave Mitchell on tenor sax, while the versatile and highly gifted Pete Whittaker on organ makes up the rhythm section with house drummer Stu Butterfield.
