From the moment we wake up till we go to bed, we're constantly making decisions. Despite it being a common activity, why is it so hard, so complicated? Too many options? Too much information? Too many unknowns? Is it because each decision has a potential risk of being 'wrong'?

Maybe we're putting more weight on some decisions than they're worth! Even so, decisions have a big impact on our life.
