We are living in a world of change and it seems to be speeding up! Things that seemed fixed and reliably are breaking down – how can we deal with change? This workshop will explore how to deal with change be it at work, family or in your personal life. It will also explore how to create long-lasting change that will support you feel more alive, creative, abundant and peaceful.
We will explore change through mindfulness, cutting edge science and therapeutic techniques, multi media and informed by the wisdom traditions of the world.
The workshop will setup a community of explorers and we will travel on a journey of self discovery, an inner adventure of playfulness, love and the recognition of the freedom that we inherently have.
This workshop is facilitated by Amaranatho who was a Buddhist Monk for 15 years, he has been in leadership roles for most of his life, as a young adult in the computer industry, as well as a world explorer. He developed a lot of skills running residential retreats for large groups of people and later in corporate workshops. He creates a safe space for authentic communication and is a natural trouble shooter.
Amaranatho is interested in the interpersonal aspect of mindfulness and how we can use our daily interaction with people to develop emotional resilience, kindness and peace. His approach is based on cutting edge science, ancient wisdom and the creative use of multi-media.
