Swim the Serpentine for Parkinson's

This is your chance to try out London's most stunning Olympic venue. Bring your whole family along and take the plunge into Hyde Park's Serpentine Lido.

You'll take part in a 110m race in one of four categories: men, women, 7-11 years or 12-16 years. There will be heats, followed by a final race for each category to see who is the winner. Prizes and medals are up for grabs! All money raised on the day will help us find a cure and improve life for everyone affected by Parkinson's.

Not much of a swimmer? Why not come along to watch the races and enjoy this beautiful royal park? There will be lots of food and entertainment on offer. Spectators' entry fee is just £1 and you can pay on the door.
