All of this creates a strong group dynamic that will

-less serious!

-Enjoy our contagious laughter.

-Be more present in your life.

-Connect with people who want to laugh with you.

This group is beneficial for people of all ages and all backgrounds.

We meet at the Nelson Mandela statue on the south side of the Royal Festival Hall opposite Feng Sushi restaurant. If your late you will find us on the lower level between the Royal Festival Hall and Queen Elizabeth Hall.

Ellie has been running laughter sessions since March 2013. She is certified as laughter yoga leader. She is trained in NLP and has 7 years of experience running games and activities for various youth groups..

See http://laughteryoga.org/english/laughteryoga/health_benefits for more information about the health benefits of laughter.

There is a 3 pound recommended contribution if you pay in advance or £5 at the event. If you pay for 4 classes at a time you will get the 5th class free. If you cannot afford to pay, come anyway, I will never turn anyone away due to lack of funds. Contributions are to cover meetup costs, ( I have to pay to have this meetup group) making fliers etc.
