Swing, Steak And Sauce This Independence Day At M Restaurants

On Saturday 4th July, M Restaurants will be celebrating Independence Day with an evening of stars and stripes guaranteed to set the city on fire.

M will be offering all diners on 4th July a complimentary Bulleit bourbon cocktail on arrival and a special Independence Day 500g Prime Rib of Beef, that even the wolf of Wall Street would be proud to tuck into! The USDA Short Rib, is first marinated in Bulleit Bourbon and then braised in Bulleit Rye, before being served with a smoked potato puree.

The Sugar Sisters swing band will be performing and will transport guests back to a 1950s High School Prom fit for any American sweetheart.

Last winter saw the arrival of a unique dining and drinking concept in the heart of London’s City. Situated on the iconic Threadneedle Street, home to the Bank of England, M is an innovative and versatile 15,000 square foot space. M is the first solo project from Martin Williams, who left his role as Managing Director of Gaucho Restaurants after almost a decade with the company, to establish his own restaurant group. The group will expand with their second site set to open later this year
