Chef Damian Trejo, who earned his culinary stripes cooking for President Barack Obama, has conjured up the mighty meaty USDA beef American Burger, with streaky smoked bacon, sautéed garlic mushrooms, and melted monterey jack. The quintessential British burger stands in opposition, made with juicy Aberdeen Angus beef, gammon, fried egg and tomato relish.
