Charlotte Street’s high-end burger and small plates dining concept, Bobo Social will be celebrating this year’s Bastille day on Tuesday 14th July, with a meaty bang, by creating the perfect burger de beouf, the Bobo Tricolour.

The delicious dish will feature the three colours of the French flag in the form of the beef cooked blue, a red tomato and a delicious topping of white Camembert. The Bobo Tricolour is nothing short of a Frenchman’s dream and will have you shouting Vive La Bobo!

Bobo Social has rapidly become a Fitzrovia institution in less than a year of its opening and has featured in magazines including the Tatler Restaurant Guide. Alongside this it’s also known as the restaurant critics Charlotte Street eatery of choice, with several top food critics repeatedly coming back for their famous peanut butter burgers. Bobo Social was founded by talented operators Michael Benson and Jacinta Maddison. Michael has over twenty years experience in the restaurant industry with previous credits including Sticky Fingers, Palm Court Brasserie and Supperclub London. Jacinta has worked for over 10 years in the media and advertising industry and brings a wealth of interior design knowledge to the concept. Finally deciding to take the on the restaurant world themselves, BOBO Social was happily born and has been a great success ever since.

Vive La BoBo!
