Thai restaurant Som Saa and Singha Beer are to host a one-off celebration of authentic Thai food, drink and music on Friday 31st July 2015 with a special performance from the highly acclaimed Paradise Bangkok Molam International Band.
Born out of the legendary Paradise Bangkok sessions run by DJs Maft Sai and Chris Menist in Thailand, the band play vintage molam music from Isaan, in the North-East of Thailand, with a 21st century twist. To complement this, Som Saa will be serving a selection of tasty dishes from the Isaan region of Thailand where molam music originates, perfectly enjoyed alongside an ice cold Singha Beer.
Som Saa’s Head Chef Andy Oliver is working with Singha Beer this year to create a selection of authentic Thai recipes to complement the beer and bring to life the distinct flavours of Thailand in his signature style.
Som Saa will be serving food from 6pm - 9pm, with music from the Paradise Bangkok Molam International Band and DJ Chris Menist from 9pm until late.
