Upstairs Art Gallery Launch: 'Brixton Calling'

A charity arts event about Brixton for Brixtoners.

The Brixton area is swimming with creativity, from actors, musicians and comedians to visual artists and designers. With funding cuts currently prevalent in the arts and the need to create a platform for emerging talent, we are uniting in this event to celebrate the area and its artistic community.

Artists including painters, graffiti artists from the network rail arches, photographers & designers.

Performances by local actors, singers, rappers, musicians, comedians and sound artists.

Speeches and special guests who grew up in and around Brixton.

All profits go to artists and the #SaveBrixtonArches campaign"
