Continuing The Hat and Tun's street food collaborative series, celebrated chef Mark Hix brings his signature twist on the classic fish finer sandwich out of the street food van and into the pub.

Hix's Fishdog takes high quality seafood, sourced daily from the South West, and serves it up with a street food twist. Made with fried local fish, with minted mushy peas and tartare sauce, the Fishdog goes down well as a snack or as a meal. The creation has already become a staple of UK food markets, festivals and private events, being served out of Hix's signature 1971 Citroen H van since 2012.

Available will be Fishdog's best sellers, including the eponymous Fishdog, crab chips, fish balls and mini doughnuts with Cornish seal salt caramel for the sweet tooth. Delicious Fentiman's soda is also on hand to wash it all down with.

But Mark Hix can only keep his creation off the leash for a while, so net one while you still can!
