King’s Cross Pond Club partners with FRAME for the ultimate outdoor workout

Newly opened King’s Cross Pond Club, the UK’s first ever man-made fresh water public bathing pond, is teaming up with London’s fitness institution FRAME this summer to offer an outdoor workout with a difference.

For just one day only in July, August and September, Body by Frame attendees will be given the chance to take part in a class on the King’s Cross Pond Club site, followed by a refreshing dip in the crystal clear, chemical-free waters.

The classes at King’s Cross Pond are also part of a series of ‘Frame on the Move’ events taking place every Wednesday throughout the summer at various locations in King’s Cross.
