Introducing a new electronic music brand to hit the capital in 2015. Banquet - a new style of party atmosphere with a regal, ritual and festival twist.

The aesthetic of Banquet is crucial in communicating the spirit of the party - modern with a nod to the past.

With a house & techno focus, expect a festival atmosphere in an intimate space, stunning live visuals and the truest of London colours at work in Dalston's secretive Arcola Theatre. We've found a venue rarely ever used to add the extra special element whilst remaining true to it's London roots. Nestled between Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations, its 300 capacity promises something special.

Celebrating Banquet’s debut is Glimpse - one half of the immense Dense & Pika signed to Hotflush, who have frequented the Berghain and clubs & festivals across the globe. Chris Spero has signings on Aus Music, Crosstown Rebels and Hypercolour under his belt along with appearances at Panoramabar, Space Ibiza and Dimensions Festival. His deep & sumptuous sounds bring serious weight & sophistication to the table and we expect nothing less for the Banquet launch.

Perfect support comes in the form of Berlin’s Cinthie, a producer & DJ whose label Beste Modus enjoys a residency at the legendary Watergate. She’s a positive element on the Berlin electronic circuit (even sub-letting studio spaces to techno warriors Ben Klock and Rødhåd). With tough & lively house-orientated productions, we’ll be treated to exceptional vinyl selections for a very special London appearance.

Join us on Friday 18th September as summer winds down for a night of quality music, sights & sounds for the senses in Dalston’s secretive Arcola Theatre courtesy of Banquet.
