'Here Comes The Sun' live music festival comes to Camden to coincide with the first release Hey Jude / Revolution on 30th August 1968.(UK)
Apple Records is a record label founded by the Beatles in 1968, as a division of Apple Corps Ltd. It was initially intended as a creative outlet for the Beatles, both as a group and individually, plus a selection of other artists including Mary Hopkin, James Taylor, Badfinger, and Billy Preston.
Each band will perform a song from the Apple collection during their sets as a tribute to such an iconic label.
The event is on 2 days over the August bank holiday. It starts at 2pm on Sunday 30th and end at 11.30pm on Monday 31st.
Acoustic acts will perform during each afternoon and then full bands from 5pm until close. It a family friendly event with children allowed in the venue until 6pm each day.
It's all FREE too.
