In 1876 The Bach Choir was formed to give the first UK performance of Bach’s Mass in B minor and, as part of its 140th anniversary celebrations, the Choir returns to its roots, with baroque ensemble Florilegium. Bach’s Mass in B minor is widely regarded as one of the greatest achievements in sacred choral music.
