Roll-up Roll-up! Acoustic Sunday is back in De Beauvoir Town with a bang! It’s this summer’s season finale of outdoor community festivities (weather permitting…of course!) - Acoustic Sunday has joined forces with Sunday Circus to bring you an absurd afternoon of fatuous fun and frolics!

Expect the usual line up of stellar musical acts with an element of fringe taking center stage this month with improv-comedy, poetry jams and community pop-ups. Street food sensation 2 Fingers – ‘London’s original fish finger bad boys’ will also be on hand spinning you plates of their latest gastronomic fan fare.

To get you in the swing of things the Open-mic Session brings you a variety act of music and spoken word. This month’s line-up includes a mix of Acoustic Sunday and Sunday Circus artists. Street musician Joni Sheila checks in from Belgium and Storywheel return for the official launch of their much-anticipated debut EP - I Crossed the Sea.

Following an awesome open-mic slot in May, Cold Heart Revue are back, with a full set. Four-piece band Tori Tori Bird play classical piano riffs and adolescent like melodies, whilst Robert Taira Wilson’s guitar playing is technical yet mesmerizing. Mobius Loop brings conscious rap and punk with eruptions of freeform dance.

Sunday Circus will be providing their usual forms of humour and entertainment with comedy from Joss Gurney hot of the comedy circuit and poetry from Alex Balek aka the Mumbling Horse.

In search of the Holy Grail that is the Ultimate Fish Finger Sandwich Experience, 2 Fingers is back in residence showcasing their latest menu, including the daddy of all fish burgers, The Cod Father. Sweet treats come in the form of a retro classic - homemade Banoffee Pie.

A selection of beverages will be available from Acoustic Sunday’s Sensibly Priced Pop-up Bar. ‘Tipples of choice’ this month come in the form of a selection of premium gins and refreshing jugs of traditional Sangria to share will be sure to hit the right notes!

With Recap Audio providing the professionally engineered sound and lighting system, the countdown is definitely on. So why not venture on down, come together and celebrate creativity and diversity in the local community - Acoustic Sundays’ Circus rolls in to De Beauvoir Town!
